| Password: 8 characters – First four alphabets in your name(no special characters) followed by date and month of birth. |
| Example 1: If your name is “Chillara Venkata Monoj” and date of birth is “26.04.1991” then
your password is chil2604 |
| Example 2: If your name is “M.Nagarajan” and date of birth is “01.10.1990” then your password is
mnag0110 |

| Once application forms submitted through Online / OMR Application / Hard copy application forms, it will be processed and the Login credentials will be sent by email. |
| If you have not received the Login ID and Password (applicable for OMR Application, Hardcopy), please wait for the application to be processed and the same to be sent by email to you.
